　　「汇·合｜三江未来城」台州三江口区域概念规划及核心区城市设计国际竞赛由台州市自然资源和规划局、椒江区人民政府、黄岩区人民政府、临海市人民政府主办，台州市三江新城开发建设有限公司承办，上海拾分之壹文化艺术有限公司协办。旨在征集能够展现台州产业、文化、生态和合气质和有机共荣城市新形象的三江口区域规划设计方案。

　　竞赛立足于台州市三江口区域，面向全球发出公告。自2024年4月2日正式公告以来，组委会官网共收到了来自中国、德国、荷兰、美国、澳大利亚、日本、新加坡、法国、英国、瑞典等多个国家70次以上注册报名。最终提交概念提案及报名文件的报名单位共计32组，其中有效报名单位数量为31组，包含联合体报名单位29组，独立法人报名单位2组。

　　The「HE | SANJIANG FUTURE CITY」 Taizhou Sanjiangkou Region Conceptual Planningand..Core Area Urban Design International Competitionwasor.ganized bytheTazhou Natural Resourcesand..PlanningBureau,Jiaojing District People’s Government, Huangyan District People’s Government,and..Linhai City People’s Government,oraganizedbySanjiang New Town Developmentand..Construction Co., Ltd, and.co-organized by.Shanghai One-tenth Art Company,whichaimsto collect planning and.design proposals that can demonstrate the new image of Taizhou’sin.dustry, culture, ecologyand.coexistence,or.ganicity,andco-prosperity. The competition is establishedin. the Sanjiangkou area, worldwide excellent applicants are qualified to submit the design. From the official announcementon April 2nd, 2024, more than 70 registrations were received on theor.ganizing committee's websitefrom.China, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, Australia, Japan, Singapore, France, the United Kingdom, Swedenand..other countries.A total of 32 applicant units submitted concept proposalsand..registration documents, of which 31 applicant units are valid. There are 29 applicant units fromconsortiums and2 fromin.dependent legal entities.

　　2024年8月13日，「汇·合｜三江未来城」台州三江口区域概念规划及核心区城市设计国际竞赛终审会在台州开投温德姆酒店会议中心召开，经过评审组8小时的仔细审阅、讨论及慎重评选后，本次竞赛的结果终于揭晓。

　　终审会当天，领导与专家评委于会议开始前对场地范围重点区域进行了实地勘踏。在终审评审过程中，评委们严格遵守评审规则，认真审阅了参赛单位所提交的方案，并进行了审慎打分，在公证处的全程监督下，唱票员、统分员对评委的评分结果进行了如实记录和仔细统计。

　　On theday of the final review meeting, the leaders, experts,and.judges conducted a site reconnaissance of the key areas of the site scope before the start of the meeting.Duringthe final review, the judgesstrictly adhered tothejudgingrules,and.scrutinized the proposal submitted by.the participating units,and..conducted votingand..scoring prudently,under on-site supervision, the tellersand..scorers truthfully checked the judges' scoring results.
